My Story…
I’m Stacey Potter, family photographer & mum of two beautiful girls, based in Mandurah.
My phone is filled with photos of my kids, but very few actually include me. The ones that do are either somehow the worst possible angles my partner could find or posed holiday snaps from five years ago.
And I know this isn’t just a me problem, it’s a common experience among my other mum friends too.
That’s why I became a photographer. I just wanted candid, frame-able portraits that included the whole family, and I believe every mum deserves that.
My style sits somewhere between documentary and lifestyle family photography; capturing genuine connection without stiff poses or bribing kids to behave.
Sessions with me aren’t just a photo shoot, they’re a unique experience designed by a mum, for mums.
There’s no choosing between photos of your kids because every image is yours to keep.
